Please use the following outline when submitting your professional profile for the CISS ~ MLA web site. Compose your profile using Word or some other software; do not use any fancy characters as plain text is best. Pay close attention to questions #4, 5, and 6. Submit your profile as an attachment when emailing to Mindy Paquette-Murphy, the web site editor.
